On Sunday, September 13th, Farmer Tone taught an afternoon organic gardening class in Lake Worth. Farmer Tone, the Tropical Urban Farmer, is a Florida Master Gardener. He shared tips on starting your own composting bins, building rich raised beds of soil and starting plants from seedlings.
He also wanted to celebrate the host Joshua Lamothe’s wedding anniversary with the group, so he cooked a beautiful spread of food, made from his organically grown veggies. To find out more or sign up for the next class, visit his website Tropical-Urban-Farmer.com. You can also email him at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
